WELCOME TO CARF

We welcome you to the hub of the Caribbean American immigrant community in New York, and a vital link to the wider Caribbean Diaspora in North, Central and South America, as well as Europe and the other continents.

The Caribbean American Research Foundation Inc is a not-for-profit community organization incorporated in the State of New York, having 501©3 tax exempt status, and dedicated primarily to the advancement and sustainable development of the peoples of the Caribbean and Central America and their Diasporas in North America and elsewhere globally. 


 

MISSION

The  CARF supports  education, distance learning, capacity building,  technology exchange, research,  publications,  scholarships,  fellowships,  conferences,  forums and cultural exchanges on the Caribbean regional and Diaspora experiences.  The corporation is committed to documentation of the social and cultural realities of the circum-Caribbean region with a view to promoting greater understanding of its history, diversity and common need to pursue sustainable development in all areas of individual and community life.
